Texas College Steer Football emerged victorious on Saturday, November 4, against Wayland Baptist University. Led by Terrell Hookfin, Jr. at quarterback, the Steers secured a 38-36 win over the Pioneers.
Texas College's Terrell Hookfin, Jr. had a standout performance for the night. Hookfin amassed 471 all purpose yards, with 336 yards through the air and 141 yards on the ground, with five passing touchdowns and one rushing touchdown. This performance sets the season record for this year, but also etches Hookfin's name in the College's record books behind X'Zavier Bloodsaw for passing and rushing yards in a single game.
