Students who attended Texas College prior to January 1, 2020 will use email addresses formatted as:
Firstname.Lastname@texascollege.edu
(For example, John Doe's email address will be john.doe@texascollege.edu)
Students who are new to Texas College after January 1, 2020 will use email addresses formatted as:
First Initial + Last Name + Last Three of ID Number@texascollege.edu
(For example, John Doe’s ID number is 12345. Therefore, his email address will be jdoe345@texascollege.edu)
How to access your student e-mail:
Click "Student Email" on the right and enter your user name and password. If you do not have a user name and password, please visit the Office of Information Technology (IT) to request to have an e-mail account created. Proof of enrollment or employment must be provided at the time of the request.
*For students, a current student ID card must be provided
*For employees, a request from Human Resources must be sent to IT prior to the request
