Mr. Charles Shaw, Texas College Choir Director, has been nominated for The Sound Awards' Choir Director of the Year for his tremendous leadership of the Texas College Choir. The winner is based on online consumer voting. Mr. Shaw's nomination comes in addition to the Choir's nomination for University Choir of the Year.
The Sound Awards, presented by The Mims Group, is scheduled for Friday, February 28, 2025, in Dallas, Texas. This prestigious event is highly anticipated and will honor the best and brightest in the music and entertainment industries, celebrating excellence in creativity and artistry across the region, which includes nominees from Louisiana, Arkansas, Mississippi, Tennessee, Alabama, New Mexico, Kansas, Missouri, Oklahoma, and Texas.
