| Associates degree in business, communications, or technology related area; ability to use a switchboard phone system and manage multiple calls; strong customer service and conflict resolution skills, strong communication skills, both verbal and written; intermediate math skills; intermediate skills with Microsoft Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel); ability to bend, stand, reach, and lift an estimated 20 lbs.; ability to type a minimum of 35 wpm, ability to use a computer, printer, copier; willingness to learn new software systems. PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES: Answer and direct all phone calls to the appropriate individuals/department in a professional, courteous manner; assist the Cashier as needed; record/receipt payments made online as well as payments received at the Cashier's window (cash, credit, or money orders); assist HR Director as needed with general tasks/projects; assist Business Office staff as needed with general tasks/projects. |
