PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES: The residence center manager is responsible for the daily administration of the residence hall facilities, operations and programs; The residence center manager must take the initiative in establishing friendly personal and work relations with his/her co-workers; he/she must treat all students fairly and should keep his/her mind open to new ideas and methods. At all times the residence center manager must respect the privacy of the students and should not reveal confidences to others. |
